Welcome to the Orangeburg Consolidated School District Five’s Division of Human Resource Services. The Division of Human Resource Services provides support services for employees of the district as well as information for perspective employees. Our mission is to direct, plan, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive personnel program for the school District in support of its strategic goals and operational/educational needs as we strive to attract, retain, and support high quality personnel for positions within the school system.
 
Services include but are not limited to recruitment, staffing, compensation and classification, teacher certification and renewal, employee relations, and performance management. Our human resource professionals specialize in maintaining an effective workforce while having a positive impact on student performance, productivity, and service quality.
